Property Policies

Cancellations made 15 days prior to the reservation will receive a full refund minus a $25 per room cancellation fee. If cancelled within 14 days of the date of stay, a raincheck will be issued for the pre paid deposit.
 
Please contact us with any questions on this policy prior to booking.  As a small establishment, if we hold a room off the market for you, we really must adhere to our cancellation policies.

Any damages caused to the property or furnishings will be charged to the credit card on file.

Smoking, including but not limited to, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana, other than in designated areas, will result in a cleaning fee of $350.00 charged to the credit card on file.
